Amazing atmosphere , customer service 10/10. Met the Resturant Manager the minute I walked in. Walked up to us and explain the menu in the most simple way. I own multiple restaurants and I would definitely poach Kyle if I had restaurants in Seattle. He interacted with EVERY table about where they are from to recommendations around seattle. I even heard him once tell a customer welcome back because he knew them coming in Food was probably some of the best pasta I have had. Affordable pricepoint. Really clean store. 10/10

Clean and open dining room. Friendly service from the c staff that was accommodating and delightfully forthcoming in discussing the site and meal prep. Paccheri with salmon was great! Bucatini was amazing with a legit inner diameter that really enhanced the tooth to the noodle. I will definitely be going back!

It's been a long time since I've been to Due' Cucina and the portion sizes has changed greatly for the better. I remember having to order two entrees in the past to get my fill, but now, the portion sizes have gotten larger it seems and I definitely got my fill. The pasta is freshly made and there's a nice amount of choices as well as different type of sauces to try out. The price is very affordable for Capitol Hill, so you're getting great food for a good price. Most of this place is self service, so you order and pay at the kiosk and you pick up your food when they call your name. You get your own water and you seat yourself. It can be tough to find a table for a party bigger than 4, so try to come here in small groups or by yourself. Also, place is a bit small so this isn't fine dining. Feels more like fast pasta. But it's great food still!

After walking past Due Cucina hundreds of times, my partner and I finally checked it out yesterday. I had looked at the menu beforehand so I had an idea what I wanted. When we arrived, we had to input our order in a machine, which was easy for us because we'd already looked at the menu. I ordered the Pumpkin Ravioli and he chose the Smoked Salmon pasta dish. We also ordered a tiramisu to split. The ravioli was perfect. The portion size was great. I love ravioli and I was very happy. Each pillowy ravioli had the right amount of kabocha squash. The salmon pasta dish was good but a tad salty. I think that has more to do with smoked fish being generally salty than with the actual dish preparation. The tiramisu was delicious. We happily shared that. The decor is nice: wood floors and lots of tables. When we were there for a late lunch, it wasn't crowded. With it more filled in, I could see it being a nice warm vibe. I feel like we discovered a hidden-in-plain-site gem and will be back again.

They have a variety of pastas. I loved the spinach ravioli, it was tasty and i'd order that again. The carbonara was good as well. If you're dining, you'd order first at the screen and then get your food. Easy and fast! Lots of seating inside too.

I went to Seattle with my family on vacation. I was craving pasta at night, so I googled and walked here. Of course it was rainy and drizzly in Seattle. The restaurant was busy and the tables were crammed together. The ambiance is nice, small and homey. There were nice wooden tables and metal chairs. The menu was huge on the wall, lots of options to make your own pasta. I ordered the paccheri noodles with the mushroom & white truffle oil sauce. The price of the pasta was reasonable, around $13. The portion of the pasta was fair, but I can't complain for the price. I considered ordering another pasta, it was that amazing! The mushrooms were tasty and seasoned beautifully! I wish there were more mushrooms in the dish but I loved it. My sisters shared a lasagna alla bolognese, they enjoyed it. The lasagna was sharable sized, not a full entrée in my opinion. The sauce was rich and zesty. The lasagna didn't feel heavy in taste or overwhelmingly disproportionate. My sisters were pleasantly surprised how yummy the lasagna was.

I came here for a quick bite to eat. The pasta was good. Al dente and not too soggy. There was a nice coating of Parmesan cheese on top. The meatballs were well cooked and seasoned. I really enjoyed that the restaurant had a quiet ambiance. I was able to eat in a relatively quiet area.

What a delicious meal and experience! My husband and I came here on a Friday night around 8pm and we were a bit nervous about how busy it would be but there was plenty of seating! You order at the kiosk first and then grab a seat. Their pastas were cooked perfectly and the sauces were so flavorful. We got the carbonara and bolognese and enjoyed both dishes with a side of bread. Clean bathrooms and really friendly service! 10/10 would come back again for more pasta!
